College of Biological Sciences Professor Whasun Lim Receives Ministerial Commendation at the 26th Agriculture, Forestry, Livestock, and Food Science and Technology Awards
Professor Whasun Lim of the College of Biological Sciences received a commendation from the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, and Livestock at the 26th Agriculture, Forestry, Livestock, and Food Science and Technology Awards ceremony held on November 27th (Mon) at the Suwon Convention Center.
Since 1998, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs has been selecting and awarding researchers and industrialists who have contributed to the development of the agricultural and food industry through outstanding technological development and dissemination in the fields of agriculture, forestry, livestock, and food science and technology, starting with the 'Korean Agricultural Science and Technology Award.'
Professor Whasun Lim was recognized for her contributions to the high-value-added transformation of the livestock industry through the discovery of useful substances and the establishment of an environmental safety evaluation system for improving the productivity and quality of pig and poultry farming.
