Social Volunteer

To realize SKKU’s founding philosophy, 修己治人(su-gyi-chi-in), self-cultivation through respect for the dignity and governance of men with the purpose of bringing peace for mankind, constitutes the ‘Character Quality’ requirement among SKKU’s Three-Quality System(Sam Poom Jae) (character quality, global quality, information quality). This promotes the students’ participation in various social services. And to achieve this, SKKU’s online social service website UR1004 and university-supervised social service programs offer students opportunities for various meaningful experiences. UR1004 operated by the SKKU Social Service Team offers information on social service activities and connects those who seek social service experiences to various organizations online to create a socially considerate society.
