2023 SKKU Teaching Award Winners Announced



The Academic Affairs Division has selected 21 faculty members as recipients of the 2023 SKKU Teaching Award. The award ceremony took place on August 17th (Thursday) at 4:50 PM in the Chobyundoo International Conference Hall of the 600th Anniversary Building on the Humanities and Social Sciences Campus.


(In the photo, from left to right in the first row) △David Roberts (University College) △Woo Sang-soo (University College) △Park Sojeong (Department of Confucian Studies & Eastern Philosophy) △Son Hye-sook (Department of English Language and Literature) △Kim Young (Department of French Language and Literature) △Sung Jae Ho (Law School) △Kim Minue (Department of Psychology) △Kim Hyunchul (Department of Economics) △Kim Yong Suk (Department of Business Administration) △Oh Jong min (Department of Business Administration) △Kim Seung Chul (Department of Biological Sciences) △Kim Hyun-soo (Department of Mathematics) △Mitra Ghergherehchi (College of Information and Communication Engineering) △Kim Younghoon (Department of Advanced Materials Science and Engineering) △Lee Sang won (College of Pharmacy) △Yang Ae-yeon (Department of Pharmacy) △Han Sunyoung (Department of Mathematics Education) △Oh Jeong Su (Department of Integrative Biotechnology) △Kim Tae Hee (Department of Sports Science) △Im Eun hyuk (Department of Fashion Design) △Lee Jong wuk (Department of Computer Science and Engineering). In total, 21 faculty members have been honored with the SKKU Teaching Award.


Meanwhile, the SKKU Teaching Award system is an honorable recognition for leading educators and instructors who have contributed to the qualitative improvement of our university education. Since 2011, a total of 93 individuals have been selected for this award until last year. The purpose of this award is to bestow pride and honor upon exceptional educators and instructors, as well as to motivate and spread the drive for providing high-quality education.
