Of the 6 fields of study evaluated by THE(Times Higher Education) Field of Study 2015, Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU) has put in 3 fields, Medicine, Engineering, Natural Science(Physics) in the TOP 100, surpassed only by Seoul National University (SNU) (Medicine, bioscience, Physics, Engineering) in Korea.
In Korea, Seoul National University (SNU) has 4 fields of study while SKKU and Postech has 3 each, KAIST has 2 and Korea University put in 1 in TOP 100
In the April announcement of the QS Ranking in the Field of Study, 15 departments made it in the Top 100 from last year’s 11, and 26 to last year’s 17 in the top 200. THE’s announcement also reflects SKKU’s advancement and the
prestige of it’s many field’s of study.
