SKKU Global Center (Dormitory) Groundbreaking Ceremony
On May 24th 2012 10:00am, SKKU held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Global Center (Wonman-dong Dormitory) where Chairman Jung-Don Seo, President Jun-Young Kim, Head of SKKU Alumni Duck-Hee Ryu, and approximately 150 students attended.
The dormitory, with 3 underground floors, 12 stories above ground, and 10,479㎡ of floor area, and total of 152rooms accommodating 300 people will open in February 2014.
President Jun-Young Kim gave a speech at the groundbreaking ceremony and said “SKKU is developing into a global university that will lead the global era. The new Global Center, while reducing the burden of housing fee and providing convenience and welfare, will assist the university’s development.”
