Reopened Museum Culture Experience – August 27th (Sat)

Coffee-Barista Experience

  • - Faculty and staff cultural events with the museum
  • - ‘Barista Experience’ with the history of coffee
  • - Add art to your daily life, one cup of aesthetics: coffee

SKKU Museum (Director Hwan Cho) is holding an event called ‘Adding Art to Daily Life, Aesthetics of One Cup: Coffee’ under the theme of a cup of coffee filled with the excitement of the new semester. A cup of coffee is a daily routine for someone, but it also gives them a touch like a work of art, and sometimes it moves more than music or poetry. For modern people, coffee is more than a simple drink, it is part of our daily life as a culture, and it also delivers aesthetic values like art to us.

In particular, the museum, which preserves, exhibits, and studies artworks and artifacts, has set up a cultural experience where the public can understand the art of coffee and share the way they can feel the impression of coffee in their daily lives.

Just like going to an exhibition, watching artworks, looking at relics, exploring historical sites, and feeling ordinary daily life as an artistic daily life, this event will give you an opportunity to share the art of coffee in your boring daily life.
