The cumulative number of appointees for the Public Prosecutor’s Office produced by the Sungkyunkwan University(SKKU)’s Sungkyunkwan Law School took third place, beating Korea University and Hanyang University. In addition to this, the combined number of successful law clerk’s candidates took first place tailed by Busan University and Ewha Woman’s university.
This result was published in The Korea Economic Daily on April 20, after analyzing data on public prosecutors and the fourth class of law clerk coming out of law school. The combined number of graduating students who have been appointed as a public prosecutors were 39 from Seoul National University, 21 from Yonsei University and 15 from SKKU, while Korea University and Hanyang University respectively produced 13 and 12.
