Achieving 1st place in overall university employment rate for 8 consecutive years

-Close-knit employment support programs, including specialized programs for career success

Our university has maintained its position as the top university in employment rates for 8 consecutive years. According to the '2022 Higher Education Institution Graduates Employment Statistics' disclosed through the University Informant or Alimi, our university recorded a 76.5% employment rate. With this, we secured the 1st place among comprehensive universities with over 3,000 graduates annually. Additionally, we achieved the top spot in the retention employment rate, confirming the qualitative aspect of employment with a rate of 90.6% (based on 2023 information disclosure, among comprehensive universities with over 3,000 graduates).

Key factors contributing to maintaining the 1st place in employment rates for 8 consecutive years include close-knit employment support for students, large-scale job fairs, and the implementation of specialized programs centered around the University Job Plus Center.

Our university provides opportunities for students to engage with alumni professionals through programs such as the 'Graduate Senior Job Academy' and 'Online Mentoring,' allowing for vivid communication about industry characteristics, practical skills, and various fields. We also operate close-knit support programs for each stage of the recruitment process, including document evaluation, personality assessments, and interviews. Additionally, every semester, we invite around 70 companies to participate in a large-scale offline JOB FAIR, facilitating the exchange of recruitment information between students and outstanding companies domestically and internationally.

Since 2023, our university has been selected as an operating university for the Ministry of Employment and Labor's University Job Plus Center, actively working towards establishing career/employment infrastructure and operating specialized programs.

A representative from the Student Talent Development Team stated, "Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, maintaining a high employment rate was possible due to the proactive response to market conditions, strengthening online employment support programs, and the effective implementation of student-tailored, close-knit employment support." They further affirmed, "We will continue to provide comprehensive employment support at the university level in the future."
