University College
University College was launched in 2005 to systematically promote general and basic education and to support freshmen adjust to university life. University College directs liberal arts education in SKKU and realizes a 21st century learning community by providing academic and university life guidance to freshmen students, before choosing their major.
College of Confucian Studies and Eastern Philosophy
The College of Confucian Studies & Eastern Philosophy is one of SKKU’s most important assets. The founding philosophy of the school serves as the moral backbone for the university community.
College of Liberal Arts
The College of Liberal Arts, formerly the College of Humanities, was co-founded with the establishment of the modern SKKU in 1946. As the center of liberal arts and humanity education, the college is dedicated to delivering an outstanding academic experience.
College of Social Sciences
The College of Social Sciences was established to contribute to the nation and society by cultivating global citizens with democratic ethics and the academic competence to be leaders in their fields.
College of Economics
The College of Economics has faculty members who provide excellent education to students while leading influential research in domestic and international academic and fields. In addition, it is working hard for the future of Korea by generating highly qualified graduates.
School of Business
The School of Business is a large organization with EMBA and IMBA programs as well as BA programs in the School of Business Administration and Global Business Administration. Many business leaders, professors, executives, and management specialists have graduated from the school.
College of Education
The College of Education was founded in 1972. It has inherited the tradition and spirit of Sungkyunkwan since it was founded in 1398. It has contributed to Korean education and national development by leading the field of education research as well as by cultivating good secondary school teachers and educators over the past 40 years.
