SKKU Natural Sciences Campus Notice Regarding Blackout and Integrated Information System Service Suspension

Due to the regular inspection of the electrical facilities in 2021, the entire campus is going to be blacked out and the integrated information system service will be stopped.  Please refer to the research activities and types of work below.

1. Total power outage
  A. Temporarily: August 15, 2021 (Sunday) 08:00 to 18:00
  B. Scope: Entire Natural Sciences Campus (except dormitory JI-branch)
  C. Reason: Regular inspection of electrical equipment
  D. Contact: Management Team (5112), Electrical Room (5353)

2. Integrated Information System stoppage
  A. Date: August 15, 2021 (Sunday) 07:00 to 18:00
  B. Reason: Server and network system checks and remediation work
  C. Stopped service
    1) Suspended operation time
      - Representative website, admission website, KingoM (including PUSH), electronic attendance,      
         I-campus
      - Integrated Information System: ASIS (Information Square/Integrated Administration), GLS
    2 ) Working hour pauses
      -Kingo portal (mail/bulletin board/electronic approval), college/affiliated institution website, 
        academic information center, and other services
  D. Operation time e-mails (@sku.edu, @sku.ac.kr) could not be sent; they will be received in 
    batches after the jobs are terminated.
