To ensure smooth event operations and participant safety, seating capacity will be limited, and priority will be given to SKKU students.

4. Admission Information
- Admission will be on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the event, regardless of prior registration.
- Out of 600 total seats, 450 seats are allocated to the SKKU Zone (for SKKU students, professors and staff). Separate entry lines will be arranged by zone to facilitate smooth admission.
- Entry to the SKKU Zone requires verification of the SKKU mobile ID.
- Depending on on-site conditions, once seating capacity is reached, some participants may be required to stand in the rear area of the venue.
- In case the number of attendees exceeds the seating capacity of Cho Byung-Doo Hall, a separate lecture room has been prepared where the lecture will be available via live Zoom streaming.
