SKKU started the 2019 global walkathon on July 15th. It took 8 days and ended on July 22nd. This year’s walkathon event also included students from Peking University (China) and Nanyang Technological University (Singapore).
Students walked 173km on the Olle road and Mt. Halla. Students from three countries enjoyed the scenery of Jeju Island and shared their culture. This walkathon event also included a session for Global Environmental forum, where students discussed about ways to resolve environmental problems and aim for peace and cooperation within the region of East Asia.
