The 18th North American SKKU Alumni Association meeting was held at Double Tree Hotel located in New Jersey. The meeting was held for three days; eve party on June 14th, regular meeting and Sungkyun Night on the 15th, and golf tournament on the 16th.
President SHIN, the president of alumni association, and chairman Junyoung KIM joined the event and many politicians who are alumni of SKKU delivered a congratulatory address. In the general meeting, a new president of the North American alumni association was elected for a two-year period.
President SHIN expressed his gratitude toward the overseas alumni who contributed toward the development of SKKU. The alumni association has decided to join the “Nobel Project” fundraising campaign initiated to enter top 50 in the world ranking and produce Nobel prize laureate from SKKU. Many alumni donated the fund to SKKU in the meeting.
