For the Early Achievement of Our Alma Mater's VISION2030!

Chairman Park Rae-Moon of Ramses Logistics (Class of '77, Journalism and Mass Communication) Donates 100 Million KRW to the VISION2030 Development Fund -

On Tuesday, January 7, Chairman Park Rae-Moon of Ramses Logistics (Class of '77, Journalism and Mass Communication) donated 100 million KRW to the VISION2030 Development Fund at the 1398 Lounge in the 600th Anniversary Hall on the Humanities and Social Sciences Campus.


The donation ceremony was attended by Chairman Park Rae-Moon, President Yoo Ji-Beom, Joo Young-Soo, Executive Director of the School Foundation, Choi Hoon-Seok, Vice President of the Humanities and Social Sciences Campus, Lee Dong-Hwan, Director of the Foundation Office, and Professor Bae Soo-Ho from the Department of Public Administration.

Chairman Park remarked, “As I have managed my business and interacted with many people since graduating, I’ve realized the profound importance of the virtues of benevolence, righteousness, propriety, and wisdom. I wanted to contribute, even if just a little, to helping my alma mater achieve its goals for 2030, rooted in these values.”


President Yoo Ji-Beom expressed his gratitude, saying, “Chairman Park Rae-Moon has been a steadfast supporter of our alma mater’s development through consistent and significant donations. Despite the challenging economic conditions globally and domestically, we are truly thankful for this joyful news at the start of the year. Together with all members of our community, we will dedicate ourselves to achieving VISION2030 ahead of schedule.”

Chairman Park also donated 100 million KRW to the VISION2030 Development Fund in 2023, demonstrating his continued dedication and love for the growth of his alma mater.

The ceremony also marked the inauguration of the newly established 1398 Lounge on the 6th floor of the 600th Anniversary Hall. The lounge is designed to serve not only as a welcoming space for donors and external visitors but also as a place where students and faculty members can gather for communication and exchange.
