Office of International Relations Successfully Hosts Student Mobility Fair
The Office of International Relations announced the successful hosting of the 2024 Fall Semester Student Mobility Fair on Tuesday, November 12, at the Humanities and Social Sciences Campus (International Hall Student Lounge) and on Wednesday, November 20, at the Natural Sciences Campus (Samsung Library Book Lounge).
This year’s Student Mobility Fair featured 33 universities and 50 exchange and visiting students, who participated on a first-come, first-served basis. Each student set up a booth to promote their home universities, offering an opportunity for attendees to learn about various international institutions firsthand. SKKU students engaged with the exchange students hosting the booths, gaining insights into global universities and diverse cultures.
Van Horen Floris Petrus Renier, an exchange student from Radboud University in the Netherlands, shared his thoughts: “I had a great time interacting with SKKU students and fellow exchange students. I hope this event inspires many students to participate in exchange programs and gain a unique learning experience.”
Kim Hee-soo, an Economics major (Class of 2021), who attended the event, remarked, “Through the Mobility Fair, I gained valuable information about various universities and exchange student life. Seeing the universities introduced by the exchange students has made me more eager to participate in an exchange program myself.”
